    This is not the fault of your workers or their boss. This has to do with your limited options you give. I purched my first vehicle with you. At that time Royce and the gentleman that helped me find financing were Great! However I called for help because I'm going to a funeral out of state and need my car cleaned. Since I'm unable to do it myself I called you guys. They got me in right away and I said I needed the front and middle cleaned and vacuumed every thing else was ok. Little did I know there was only two choices, if I didn't pick the full kit. I would only get the trek mats and carpet vacuumed the interior wiped down. The mats not washed still very dirty from being at the beach, sand still in the gear shift cover, you know the fine stuff only noticable after it dries, that can cause issues down the road. The young men did all they could under your option. This they explained to me after the fact. They only wiped the interior and vacuumed, with this option I asked what other portions are there? 1 getting the works. I'm thinking to myself I just paid over $40 for a 15 min vacuum and wipe down. I could have done that for 3 bucks at a gas station. However it wasn't until I drove away and turned into the sun did I find out the windows were still quite dirty from both winter engine film and dust. This is the whole reason I needed the help I can't position myself to get the windshield clean and the strength to wash and clean the floor mats. I called the supervisor and she's the one that explained your policy and you've chosen only the two options, 1 I leave my car with you all day and God only knows how much that would have cost. Or get what I got 15 min vac, dash and doors wiped. Not sure what the charge for 2+hours and inconvenience would have been.

    Josh Meyer was excellent to work with! Very knowledgeable. The New GM took time out of his day to introduce himself and visit with us! Brandon explained every detail to the tee with my extra warranties! Pam the receptionist was very accommodating! My experience was hassle free! Best experience ever at car dealership! Everyone was so friendly and helpful!
